First Meeting Follow-Up Email

Great first meeting, everyone!

Here is the link to the drive folder. I recommend that you bookmark it. There are folders for the three teams, where you can enter your work. Since we only have fifteen meetings this year, we should try to work between meetings. Remember, this is your club, so feel free to modify the goals below and give me feedback. I am more than happy to help you with meeting the following goals:

• Hill Schools Team: Gabby and Theo

  • Goal by next meeting: set up meeting with Horace Mann’s environmental club.

• Research Team: Sana, Celine, Matthew, and Charlotte

  • Goal by next meeting: Write a description why other schools should join in this doc Why Join Students for Electric Buses?. Olivia can use this in contacting other schools.

  • Optional goal: start writing a Riverdale Review article explaining why electric school buses are needed and the reasoning behind this club in this doc Riverdale Review Article.

• Expanding to Other Schools Team: Olivia

  • Goal by next meeting: reach out to Poly Prep and Dwight-Englewood School with the goal of meeting their sustainability clubs.

Because of the CA trip, our next meeting will be Day 4 at 1:05pm, which works for most of your calendars.
